NOBO RIVERSIDE WELCOMES DETROIT'S ACCLAIMED FRIED CHICKEN & CAVIAR POP-UP
Traverse City, Michigan— January 10, 2025 — NOBO Riverside is thrilled to announce an exclusive four-day culinary event featuring Detroit's celebrated chef duo, Fried Chicken & Caviar. From January 16-19, guests will experience an extraordinary fusion of comfort cuisine and fine dining that has earned the duo acclaim throughout Michigan's culinary scene.
Helmed by Chef Nik Renee Cole and Chef Chi Walker, Fried Chicken & Caviar has garnered attention for their innovative approach to elevated comfort food. Chef Nik, known for creating inclusive spaces for women in culinary excellence, brings her formal training and storytelling approach to the kitchen. Her counterpart, Chef Chi, draws from an unconventional background in community development to inform a cooking style that emphasizes sustainability and cultural connection.

The pop-up will showcase the duo's signature style of elevating traditional favorites with luxury ingredients, creating an unforgettable dining experience that celebrates both culinary creativity and cultural heritage.
