The Good Bowl Brings Vietnamese Comfort Food to NOBO Riverside in Special Winter Takeover
TRAVERSE CITY, Mich. — NOBO Riverside announces an exciting culinary collaboration to kick off 2025, welcoming beloved local restaurant The Good Bowl for an exclusive kitchen takeover from January 6-9, 2025. Each service will begin at 4pm with the last seating at 8pm.
During this four-day event, guests can experience The Good Bowl's signature Vietnamese cuisine in NOBO's riverside setting. The special menu will feature classic dishes from The Good Bowl's classic menu favorites alongside selections from their acclaimed Passport Vietnam series.
"We're thrilled to host The Good Bowl and bring their exceptional Vietnamese food to our guests during the cozy winter season," said Alexa Petoskey, General Manager at NOBO Riverside. "This collaboration represents the strong sense of community among Traverse City's restaurants."
The Good Bowl Co-founder and Executive Chef Tony Vu will lead the culinary team during the takeover, bringing his expertise in Vietnamese cuisine to NOBO's guest kitchen. The event highlights both restaurants' commitment to creating unique dining experiences for the Traverse City community.
"The timing of this partnership is ideal," notes Soon Hagerty, co-founder of The Good Bowl. "While our restaurant undergoes renovations and menu enhancements from January 1-11, we're pleased to continue serving our guests through our collaboration with NoBo Riverside. This partnership allows us to maintain both our presence in the community and our commitment to donating $1 per bowl to charity during our renovation period."
